About an 8×8×8 space. The Backdrop is 8 feet wide by 8 feet tall and it normally goes against a wall. The booth itself sits about 8 feet in front of the backdrop, but its an “open air” booth so the space is not blocked off.

Once we know the desired location at the venue and WIFI details, set up takes about 20-30 min. The location is key though - it needs to be close to a power outlet, somewhere its not going to impede the flow of the event and we need space for the 8×8 foot backdrop.

Instabooth Grey Bruce is simple to use. Click the start screen of the booth, select a photo option (be sure to try them all!), the machine will count down and then show you your masterpiece. If you’re not happy with it, retake it! Then you can send your photo to yourself via email, text, QR code or AirDrop. Email or Text are recommended in areas with spotty service. Once you receive your photo, you can download or share your image by clicking the ‘share’ button and following the prompts. The event host will get a copy of ALL of the photos after the event.

You can choose not to share your photo in the Public gallery, but a copy of ALL photos will go to the event host a couple of days after the event. Your photo may be selected for use on our social media (please contact us directly if you do not wish your photo is used). Please note, discretion is used when selecting these photos.

Typically, no. The booth is so easy to use you don’t need an attendant. Upon drop off, we give a designee the low down on how the booth works and someone is always on call if there is an issue. We can provide an attendant for an extra charge, please ask upon booking. The only instances where an attendant has been advantageous is at very busy functions as this can help traffic flow.

Yep, as long as she is protected from the elements under a tent or awning etc. Keep in mind the backdrop is 8 feet high so you need a tent that can accommodate. Be sure to discuss outdoor plans with us before your event.

If you can dream it, we can make it happen! We are very popular at Weddings and Corporate/Charity events. We love a good Birthday Party and have made appearances at Anniversary Parties as well. Graduations, Spring Flings, Spaghetti Socials and Christmas Parties are just a few of the other places we’ve been invited. We guarantee to make your event memorable!

The earlier the better so you’re not disappointed - we have some events already booked 1&1/2 years in the future. But, if you contact us a day before an event and we happen to be free, we will make your booking happen! First booked gets first dibs on the backdrop selection. We currently have 2 booths, reach out to us and put your name on a date you are considering - that way if we get a third person asking for the same date, you will have the opportunity to confirm your booking or pass.

Our office is in Chatsworth and we travel within a 45 min radius at no charge. If you are outside of this radius, there may be a small travel fee added - please inquire about this. Generally speaking, most places within Grey Bruce do not have a travel fee.

Being a digital photobooth means no printer to trip over, no paper to jam and no messy cords to clutter your space. And our favourite part, is you can do moving images! Create a GIF, boomerang, even short video clips if you request it! Since you get the whole gallery, you can choose to print your images after the event but in this digital age many people prefer something easily sharable, taggable and epic!
